“Well Done” is the new gourmet hamburger place born in Bologna. All ingredients are carefully selected; only high quality meat from local breeding farms (non-intensive) and artisanal bread made with ALCE NERO organic flour create a completely new way of not just eating hamburgers but savouring them.
The entire concept goes hand in hand with real and rich artisanal beers, soft drinks, fresh fruit and veggie smoothies. The first ‘Well Done’ opened in May 2013 in one of Bologna’s revived neighbourhoods. With the success of this flagship restaurant, a second location was opened in October 2013 in the historic Bologna city centre. Other locations are scheduled to open in Milan, Ferrara and Modena.
